Matt Lowden joined Sumo in 2008, having graduated from Sunderland University with a First class Degree in Computer Science.
Since joining Sumo, Matt has worked on the development of accessible, content managed websites like Tyne & Wear Museums and SAMA Festival. He is keen to meet a design challenge with a successful, accessible online solution, such as the fluid layouts on the Destinations online exhibition site.
Matt is particularly interested in database coding and making complex back-end processes seem easy to a website user, like the oral histories selection tools on the Swanhunters website. Matt is actively involved in a number of web developer forums and is passionate about the growth of online communities, like the one he is developing for our client Waygood.
