Kom je ook? took place at the Conservatory of Amsterdam in the Netherlands on 26th November, Jim Richardson delivered a keynote about 'Co-Producing the Museum'. In this he looked at the changing expectations of museum audiences and how institutions around the world are responding to this.
The Arts Marketing Association Digital Marketing Day took place at Sadler's Wells, London on 30th November, Jim Richardson gave one of the opening keynotes, in which he explained how an arts organisation can implement a social media plan to make the most of the opportunities that websites like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and You Tube offer marketeers.
The Museums Association Social Media Day at the British Museum took place in London on 7th December, Jim Richardson gave the opening keynote in which he decribed the changing landscape of the internet and the ways in which museums need to respond.
